Hallo zusammen! Per 1. Juli bis voraussichtlich 30. September oder länger (jedoch auch flexibler Zeitraum möglich) suche ich eine neue Mitbewohnerin / einen neuen Mitbewohner für meine Zweier-WG in Uster. Allenfalls besteht die Möglichkeit nach ca. September die Wohnung zu übernehmen. Die helle 3.5 Zimmer Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet und liegt mit 5min Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof Uster sehr zentral. Vom Bahnhof Uster verkehren regelmässig Züge nach Zürich (14 min nach Zürich Stadelhofen und 17 min nach Zürich HB) oder Rapperswil/Pfäffikon SZ. Die Mietkosten betragen insgesamt CHF **941.-/Monat** (darin enthalten sind u.a.: WLAN, TV, Strom und Versicherung).

- 3.5 Zimmer Wohnung

- Grosses Wohnzimmer mit Polstergruppe und TV

- Balkon-Terasse mit Gasgrill und Rattan-Lounge

- Moderne Küche, Mikrowelle, zusätzlicher grosser Tiefkühlschrank, weiterer kleiner Balkon

- Zudem: Keller- und Estrich-Abteil, Velokeller

- Zimmer: Das Zimmer wird möbliert zur Verfügung gestellt: Es beinhaltet einen Kleiderschrank, ein Regal, einen Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl sowie ein Bett (120cm).



Lage: Die Wohnung liegt zudem nahe am Waldrand, wo es mehrere Feuerstellen gibt sowie einen Vita-Parcours. In naher Umgebung: Migros, Coop, Denner (Gehdistanz) sowie Aldi (tendentiell Fahrraddistanz).



Ich persönlich habe gerade mein Master Studium beendet und arbeite vollzeit. Falls du weitere Fragen hast, stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung.

As of July 1st until approximately September 30th or longer (flexibel timeframe), I am looking for a new roommate for my two-person shared apartment in Uster. It may be possible to take over the apartment after ca. September. The bright 3.5 room apartment is fully furnished and very centrally located, just a 5-minute walk from Uster train station. There are regular trains from Uster station to Zurich (14 min to Zurich Stadelhofen and 17 min to Zurich HB) or Rapperswil/Pfäffikon SZ. The rental fee is CHF 941/month (this includes among other things: WLAN, TV, electricity and insurance).



Apartment:

- 3.5 room apartment

- Large living room with couch and TV

- Balcony-terrace with gas grill and rattan lounge

- Modern kitchen, microwave, additional large freezer, further small balcony

- Moreover: Cellar and attic compartment, bicycle cellar

- Room: The room is completely furnished: It includes a closet, a shelves, a desk, an office chair and a bed (120cm).



Location:

The apartment is close to the edge of the forest, where there are several fireplaces as well as a Vita-Parcours. In the near vicinity: Migros, Coop, Denner (walking distance) as well as Aldi (tending bicycle distance).
