Dieses Studio befindet sich in einem ca.120jährigen Holzbau, daher ist es eher hellhörig.
Die Waschküche ist im Untergeschoss. Es gibt eine Sitzgelegenheit rechts vom Hauseingang. Zur Zeit kann ein Auto noch auf der Strasse parkiert werden.
Besonderheit. Raumhöhe ist 2m!
Bushaltestelle unmittelbar vor der Haustüre. Das Studio liegt zentrumsnahe. Auch nahe der "OST" und nahe vom Bahnhof.
