Die Wohnung ist **nicht geteilt**, vollständig möbliert und besteht aus einem separaten **Schlafzimmer**, einem **Wohnzimmer**, einer **voll ausgestatteten Küche** sowie einem privaten **Badezimmer**.
Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich, ideal für eine Einzelperson oder ein ruhiges Paar. Sie befindet sich in einer attraktiven Lage (genauere Infos gerne auf Anfrage).
?? **Mietzeitraum:** Gesamter **Juli** (Verlängerung nicht möglich)
?? **Untermiete für einen kürzeren Zeitraum** (mindestens 3 Wochen), **ab dem 1. Juli**, ist möglich.
?? Keine Raucher, keine Haustiere, keine Partys.
?? Der Mietpreis beinhaltet **alle Nebenkosten** (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet).
?? Die Kaution beträgt **eine Monatsmiete**.

I am subletting my beautiful **2-room apartment** for the month of July.
The apartment is **not shared**, fully furnished, and consists of a separate **bedroom**, **living room**, a **fully equipped kitchen**, and a private **bathroom**.
It is bright and cozy, ideal for one person or a quiet couple. The location is very convenient (more info on request).
?? **Rental period**: Entire **month of July** (no extension possible)
?? **Subletting for a shorter period** (minimum 3 weeks) starting **July 1st** is acceptable.
?? No smokers, no pets, no parties.
?? The rent includes **all utilities** (electricity, water, heating, internet).
?? The **security deposit** is one month's rent.
