Besonders geeignet für eine Person mit grünem Daumen. Ein Keller ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, nach einiger Zeit die ganze Wohnung zu übernehmen. Nur an 1 Person zu vermieten. Nur Nichtraucher.
Ich bin die meiste Zeit des Jahres weg und komme nur jeden dritten Monat für einen Tag runter.
Haustiere, Hunde sind erlaubt.
Parkplätze sind an der Straße vorhanden. Sie benötigen ein monatliches Abonnement von der Gemeinde.

1 bedroom, the living room, bathroom, the kitchen with its own washing machine and the garden are available for sole use. Especially suitable for a person with a green thumb.
An attic is also available. Currently searching for a smaller apartment so there is a possibility to take over the whole flat after a while.
Sublet only to 1 person. Non-smokers only.
I am away for most of the year and will only come down every third month for a day.
Pets, dogs are allowed.
Parking spaces are available on the street. You would need a monthly subscription from the Commune.
