Ich biete eine Super Wohnung im Kreis 6 (im ruhigen Teil der Rötelstrasse) an. Limmat ist 5 Minuten zu Fuss, Schaffhauserplatz ist 3 Minuten zu Fuss. Weiterhin ist das Kafischnaps, Café des Amis, Con gusto und mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke.

Die Wohnung selbst ist nicht möbliert. Sie verfügt über 3 Zimmer, Küche, Bad und 2 Balkonen. Sie ist im 4. Stock und daher sehr hell. Die Wohnung wird ab Anfang Oktober saniert und daher ist der Mietvertrag nur bis dann gültig.

Wenn du Interesse hast, den Sommer in der Nähe der Limmat zu verbringen, melde dich gerne. Die Wohnung ist ab 1.7. bezugsbereit.

I am offering a great apartment in district 6 (in the quiet part of Rötelstrasse). Limmat is 5 minutes walk, Schaffhauserplatz is 3 minutes walk. Furthermore, the Kafischnaps, Café des Amis, Con gusto and several shopping facilities are just around the corner.

The apartment itself is not furnished. It has 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and 2 balconies. It is on the 4th floor and therefore very bright. The apartment will be renovated from the beginning of October and therefore the rental contract is only valid until then.
