Das Haus Apollo liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Hauptstrasse entfernt und somit in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allen Lebensmittelläden, Restaurants und Geschäften. Vom Haus Apollo sind es nur 200m bis zu den Pisten des Skilifts Stafelwald.

Das Studio befindet sich im 3. Stock und hat eine Bruttogeschossfläche von 27m2. Im Studio befindet sich ein Einzelbett sowie ein Schrankbett von 140cm Breite. Somit bietet das Studio Platz für maximal 3 Personen. Außerdem gibt es einen Einbauschrank und einen Esstisch. Die Küche ist funktionell mit Herd, Backofen und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Es gibt 1 Badezimmer mit Toilette, Waschbecken und Badewanne. Außerdem hat das Studio einen geräumigen Balkon, der nach Norden ausgerichtet ist.

Zum Studio gehört ein privater Keller und es gibt einen gemeinschaftlichen Skiraum und eine Waschküche im Haus.

The building "Apollo" is located a short walk up from the main street and therefore very close to all grocery stores, restaurants & shops. From Apollo house it is only 200m to reach the slopes of skilift Stafelwald.

The Studio is on the 3rd floor and has 27sqm gross floor area. There is a single bed in the studio as well as a cupboard bed of 140cm width. So the studio can sleep 3 people maximum. There is also a built-in wardrobe and a dining table. The kitchen is functional with a stove, oven and a fridge. There is 1 bathroom with a toilet, sink & bathtub. Also, the studio has a spacious balcony facing north.

The studio includes a private cellar and there is a communal ski room & laundry in the house.

L'immeuble < apollo="">> est situé à quelques pas de la rue principale et donc très proche de toutes les épiceries, restaurants et magasins. Depuis la maison Apollo, il n'y a que 200 mètres à parcourir pour atteindre les pistes de ski de Stafelwald.

Le studio se trouve au 3ème étage et a une surface brute de 27m2. Il y a un lit simple dans le studio ainsi qu'un lit d'armoire de 140 cm de large. Le studio peut donc accueillir 3 personnes au maximum. Il y a également une armoire encastrée et une table à manger. La cuisine est fonctionnelle avec une cuisinière, un four et un réfrigérateur. Il y a une salle de bain avec toilettes, lavabo et baignoire. Le studio dispose également d'un balcon spacieux orienté au nord.

Le studio comprend une cave privée et il y a un local à skis et une buanderie communs dans la maison.

L'edificio Apollo si trova a pochi passi dalla strada principale e quindi molto vicino a tutti i negozi di alimentari, ristoranti e negozi. Dalla casa Apollo è possibile raggiungere le piste dello skilift Stafelwald in soli 200 metri.

Il monolocale si trova al 3° piano e ha una superficie lorda di 27 mq. Nel monolocale c'è un letto singolo e un letto ad armadio di 140 cm di larghezza. Il monolocale può quindi ospitare al massimo 3 persone. C'è anche un armadio a muro e un tavolo da pranzo. La cucina è funzionale con fornelli, forno e frigorifero. C'è 1 bagno con wc, lavandino e vasca. Inoltre, il monolocale dispone di un ampio balcone esposto a nord.

Il monolocale dispone di una cantina privata e di un deposito sci e una lavanderia comuni.
