The spacious living room has a sofa, a TV (screen sharing possibility with access to Netflix, Disney+ etc) and direct access to the balcony. The balcony has a table and a outdoor sofa.

Additional Storage:
Available in the basement and attic.

Location & Transport:
100m walk to the tram station Englischviertelstrasse which is two stops from Bhf Stadelhofen. Migros and Coop (supermarkets), a gym, and a pharmacy among other shops are within walking distance from the apartment.

You will live with Felix, who loves cycling, hiking, swimming and other outdoor activities.
