Wir vermieten unsere helle, ruhige, komplett möblierte Wohnung in Kilchberg für ca. 3 Monate zur Untermiete. Ideal für jemanden, der Ruhe, Nähe zur Natur und gute ÖV-Anbindung schätzt und Katzen liebt.
Wichtig: In der Wohnung leben drei liebe Katzen, die während der Mietdauer versorgt werden müssen. Für 2, 3 Tage können Freunde im Haus gelegentlich einspringen. Daher suche ich eine verantwortungsvolle, katzenerfahrene Person. Ohne Katzenbetreuung ist die Untermiete leider nicht möglich.

We are subletting our bright, quiet, fully furnished apartment in Kilchberg for about 3 months. Perfect for someone who enjoys peace, nature, and great public transport access and who truly loves cats.
Important:
There are three sweet cats living in the apartment who need to be looked after during the entire sublet period. Friends in the building can occasionally cover for 2?3 days, but daily care is required, so I?m only renting to a reliable, cat-experienced person. Sorry, not available without cat care.
