Das Zimmer ist ca. 14m2 gross, sonnig und hell und liegt im 1. Stock eines ruhigen Hauses mit Garten. Neben dem Zimmer werden Küche, Wohn und Esszimmer, 2 Bäder, Garten und Waschküche zusammen benützt. Fussläufig zu Altstadt und Bahnhof gelegen (5 min mit dem Velo).
Die Nebenkosten für WLAN, Strom, Wasser und Heizung sind im Preis enthalten.
Über uns: Hier wohnen drei nette Leute, Alter zwischen 40-60, die berufsbedingt in Winterthur unterwegs sind und die offene Atmosphäre in der WG schätzen.
Nun suchen wir eine/n Bewohner/in, (berufstätig, rücksichtsvoll, nur Nichtraucher). Freude an gelegentlichen kleineren Gartenarbeiten erwünscht!
Gerne Wochenaufenthalter.

The room is approximately 14m², sunny and bright, located on the 1st floor of a quiet house with a garden. In addition to the room, the kitchen, living and dining room, 2 bathrooms, garden, and laundry room are shared. It is within walking distance to the old town and the train station (5 minutes by bike).
The utilities for Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and heating are included in the price.
About Us: Three friendly people, aged between 40-60, live here, who are frequently out and about in Winterthur due to work and appreciate the open atmosphere of the shared apartment.
We are looking for a considerate, careful, employed, non-smoking person. Enjoyment of occasional gardening is desired. Perfect for weekday commuters.
