Ufgrund vor Husverwaltig musme ire Usblidig si (Studium, Lehr, Praktikum) um hie zwohne.
Üsi WG befindet sech in Bethlehem und isch mit ÖV öppe 15 Minute vom Bahnhof Bern entfernt und 5 Minute vom VonRoll Gebäude. Mir hei o grosse Wald, di grossi Freibadi Weyerli und Hallebad ir nechi. Zum Ichoufe hei mir o es grosses Coop, e Migros und e Tanki für e Late Night Snack.
Es het insgesamt vier Schlafzimmer und zwüsche üsne Zimmer befindet sech dStube mitemne Esstisch am Fenster für zperfekte Liecht bim zmörgele und es Sofa. Zuesätzlich teile mir ono ziverte höch üses Badzimmer und üsi grümigi Chuchi mit Mikrowelle und Soda Stream, aber ohni Abwäschmaschine. Im Cheller vo üsem Gebäude heimer ono es Chällerabteil und e Wöschchuchi mit 3 Wöschmachine u Trocheschränk.

Dis zuekünftige Zimmer het e Zuegang zum chline Balkon u isch 9m2 gross. Es choschtet drfür nume 400 Franke im Monet (Nebechöste Wifi 10.- pro Monet und Strom).
Vis-à-Vis isch ds Zimmer vor Flurina (sie/ihre). Sie isch 24gi und macht ä Lehr als Goldschmiedin und isch super sportlich (meint Gracie). Sie chunt ursprünglech usme Dörfli ir nechi vo Thun. I ihrere Freizeit geit sie gern im Weyerli oder ar Aare ga sünnele. Neuerdings isch sie am Bachata lehre und geit am Wuchenend o mau ganz gern i Usgang.
Nebedra ischd Victoria (sie/ihre). D Victoria isch 25i u het grad dr Bachelor in VWL, und Nachhaltigi Entwicklig und Sozialwüsseschaft im Nebefach, abgschlosse. Itz macht sie grad es Prakti im Journalismus. Mä ghört siei öfters i irem Zimmer Ukulele spile u drzue singe oder o a üsem Keyboard ir Stube. Zuesätzlech het si vor churzem Pflanze als ires neue Hobby entdeckt und het sech scho e beidruckendi (aber vielleicht nicht ganz gesunde) Sammlig a Pflänzli agschafft.
Nebe dim zuekünftige Zimmer wohnt d Gracie (sie/ihre). Sie isch 24gi und chunt vo Berlin (und findet Bärn isch es Dorf...). Sie studiert Public Management im Master. Ir Freizit isch sie oft am abhänge (Luftakrobatik) und macht crazy Cosplay sache (meint Flurina). Am Sunntig gits vo ihre mängisch Pancakes. Sie hortet DM-Dinkelvollkorn-flakes und chunt immer mitere Ladig DM-Sache us Dütschland zrüg.

Mir hei e Putzplan, was bedütet es wär cool wes i dim Sinn isch, dass alli im Hushalt helfe und ihri Ämtli zueverlässig erledige :).
Mir wohne gern zeme und mache Sache zeme, aber findes o wichtig, dass jede/jedi ihre Freirum het.

Hi there,
At the moment there are three of us in our shared flat and we are looking for a fourth flat mate from potentially the beginning of August (latest at the beginning of September).
Due to the rules of the landlords you have to be enrolled at university or in an intern-/apprenticeship to live here.
Our shared flat is located in Bethlehem and is about 15 minutes by public transport from Bern train station and 5 minutes from the VonRoll building. We have a large forest, the large Weyerli outdoor pool and indoor pool nearby. For shopping we have a large Coop, a Migros and a gas station for a late night snack.
There are a total of four bedrooms and between our rooms there is a living room with a dining table by the window for a perfect meal and a sofa. In addition, we share our bathroom and our spacious kitchen with microwave and soda stream, but without a dishwasher. In the building we have our own cellar compartment and a laundry room with 3 washing machines and drying cabinets.

Your future room has access to the small balcony and is 9m2 in size. It costs only 400 francs per month (Wifi fee 10.- per month and electricity costs).
Opposite is Flurinas room (she/her). She is 24 years old and is doing an apprenticeship as a goldsmith and is super sporty (says Gracie). She originally comes from a village near Thun. In her free time she likes to go sunbathing in the Weyerli or at the Aare. Recently she's been learning Bachata and likes to go out on weekends.
Next to her is Victoria (she/her). Victoria is 25 years old and has just completed her bachelor's degree in economics, with sustainable development and social sciences as a minor. She is currently doing an internship in journalism. You can often hear her playing the ukulele in her room and singing along to it or playing on our keyboard in the living room. In addition, she recently discovered plants as her new hobby and has already acquired an impressive (but perhaps not entirely healthy) collection of plants.
Next to your future room lives Gracie (she/her). She is 24 years old and comes from Berlin (and thinks Bern is a village...). She is studying for a Master's degree in Public Management. In her free time she is often hanging in there (aerial acrobatics) and does crazy cosplay (says Flurina). On Sundays she sometimes makes pancakes. She hoards DM full grain spelt flakes and always comes back from Germany with a load of DM stuff.

Shared flat activities:
\- Shared herb patch (which Flurina doesn't tend to and Victoria fucks up)
\- Go swimming from time to time
\- Eat pancakes
\- Spontaneously watching a movie or trash TV
We have a cleaning plan, which means it would be cool if everyone helped with the housework and does their chores reliably :).
We like to live together and do things together, but we think it's important that everyone has their own space.
