Im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer stehen ein Beamer und eine Leinwand bereit, und das separate Esszimmer lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für 1–2 Personen. Aktuell gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit Blick in den ruhigen Innenhof und ein großzügiges Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Durchgang. Dank vorhandener Tür lässt sich das Wohn-/Esszimmer bei Bedarf in ein zweites Schlafzimmer umwandeln, ohne auf ein helles Wohnzimmer verzichten zu müssen.

Im Mietpreis sind Strom, Wasser und WLAN bereits enthalten. Die lebendige Nachbarschaft mit zahlreichen Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sorgt dafür, dass Ihr Aufenthalt in Zürich zu einem besonderen Erlebnis wird.

Due to an upcoming year abroad, I am renting out my centrally located apartment in Zurich for 12 months. The beautifully renovated old building apartment is fully furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and dryer. The cozy living room is equipped with a projector and screen, and there is a separate dining room for relaxing and entertaining.
The apartment is perfect for 1–2 people. Currently, it has one bedroom overlooking a quiet courtyard and a spacious living/dining area with a connecting door. Thanks to this door, the living/dining area can easily be converted into a second bedroom while still retaining a bright living room.

The rent includes electricity, water, and Wi-Fi. The vibrant neighborhood, with numerous bars, restaurants, and shopping options, makes your stay in Zurich a truly memorable experience.
