Wir verlassen unsere schoene Wohnung im Glattpark auf Ende Juni 2025. Die Wohnung ist 89 Quadratmeter gross, 3,5 Zimmer.
Die Raumaufteilung ergibt sich aus den beigefuegten Bildern.
Es ist eine Waschmaschine im Reduit installiert, diese muesste uebernommen werden. Ein Garagenstellplatz ist vorhanden und kann optional uebernommen werden (170CHF/Monat).
Die beiden Balkone haben jeweils morgens und nachmittags/abends Sonne.
Zwei Badezimmer (eines mit Dusche, eines mit Badewanne und Tageslicht) sind vorhanden.

We are moving out of our beautiful apartment in Glattpark at the end of June 2025. The apartment is 89 square meters and has 3.5 rooms.
The layout of the rooms can be seen in the attached pictures.
A washing machine is installed in the utility room (Reduit) and must be taken over. A garage parking space is available and can optionally be taken over (170 CHF/month).
Both balconies get sunlight in the morning as well as in the afternoon/evening.
There are two bathrooms — one with a shower and one with a bathtub and natural light.
