Die Wohnung liegt ideal – zentral, aber ruhig – direkt neben dem Schützenmattpark, perfekt, um Zeit im Freien zu verbringen. In etwa 5 Minuten bist du mit dem Velo am Rhein oder in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung hat eine gemütliche, gemeinsam genutzte Küche, in der wir oft zusammen gekocht und Zeit verbracht haben, sowie einen großen, schönen Balkon, der mit dem freien Zimmer verbunden ist (natürlich in respektvollem Miteinander). Leider haben wir keinen Zugang zu einem Keller, und laute Partys sowie Rauchen auf dem Balkon sind nicht erlaubt. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit, Fahrräder vor dem Gebäude abzustellen.
Das freie Zimmer ist über 20 m² groß, mit Morgensonne und einem angenehm kühlen Klima am Nachmittag. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet, aber der Kleiderschrank kann übernommen werden. Die Miete beträgt CHF 715/Monat inklusive Nebenkosten, plus CHF 12 für Internet und ca. CHF 20–30 für Strom und Gas – insgesamt also etwa CHF 750–760.
Du würdest die Wohnung mit mir teilen – Ella (26, sie/ihr), eine Master-Studentin in Politikwissenschaft und Soziologie. Ich bin offen, genieße gute Gespräche, koche, backe und stricke gerne, und bin im Sommer oft unterwegs, um die Stadt zu erkunden oder mich am Wasser zu entspannen. Dieses Jahr möchte ich noch mehr von der Schweiz entdecken. Ich suche eine respektvolle, unkomplizierte Person, die ein ruhiges und freundliches Zusammenleben schätzt.

The apartment is ideally located – central yet quiet – right next to Schützenmattpark, perfect for spending time outside. It’s about 5 minutes by bike to the Rhine or the city center. The flat has a cozy shared kitchen where we’ve often cooked and hung out together, and a large, beautiful balcony connected to the available room (shared respectfully). Unfortunately, we don’t have access to a cellar, and parties and smoking on the balcony aren’t allowed. There’s bike storage in front of the building.
The available room is over 20 m², with morning sun and a pleasantly cool temperature in the afternoons. It’s unfurnished, but the wardrobe can be taken over. Rent is CHF 715/month including utilities, plus CHF 12 for internet and around CHF 20–30 for electricity and gas – so approximately CHF 750–760 total.
You’d be sharing the flat with me – Ella (26, she/her), a Master’s student in Political Science and Sociology. I’m friendly, enjoy good conversation, cooking, baking, and knitting, and I’m often out exploring the city or relaxing by the water in summer. This year, I’m hoping to discover even more of Switzerland. I’m looking for a respectful, easygoing person who enjoys a calm and friendly living environment.
