- 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad nach Basel, 10 Minuten zum Rhein
- 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zur nächsten Autobahn
- 100 Meter zu einer Bushaltestelle (Linien 34 und 42)
- Nahe der Grenze zu Deutschland
- Gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Wohnung (blaue Zonen, Parkplätze immer verfügbar) und Möglichkeit zur Anmietung einer geschlossenen Garage
- Viele Schulen und Kindergärten sind zu Fuß erreichbar

Apartment to rent in a quiet region of Riehen, surrounded by greenery. Ideal for those who like the silence and quiet of nature but want to be in easy reach of the city. The apartment and the whole building were fully renovated in 2023, with modern materials and equipment. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumbler drier in the apartment. In addition to a cellar, there is a shared bike room.

- 15 minutes by bike to Basel, 10 minutes to the Rhein
- 10 minutes by car to the closest highway
- 100 meters to a bus stop (34 and 42)
- Close to the border with Germany
- Easy parking in front of the apartment (blue zones, spaces always available) and possibility to rent a closed garage
- Many schools and kindergartens in walking distance
