Hello everyone! We are looking for a flatmate in our modern and beautiful WG in Hardbrücke, next to Prime Tower.

We are: Enrico (30, Italian), a PhD in electronics engineering, who loves hiking, scuba diving, and Francisco (27, Portuguese), software engineer, but into skiing and other sports. We both enjoy socializing, but we are also very respectful of privacy and time for yourself. We're looking for someone in a similar age range, who could fit well in the house mood. The official language of this flat is english ;)

The flat is very well connected with public transports: Hardbrücke station (trains, buses 69, 72, 83, 31, 32, 33, 46 and tram 8) is just at a 5min walking distance, as well as trams 4 and 13. There's several Coop, shops, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and cafes all within a walking distance and a nice park right next to the building as well as river Limmat.

The apartment is spacious (approx. 120m2), bright and modern. It is fully furnished and has a dishwasher, steam oven, washing machine (in the flat, not shared) and tumbler. There is also a great loggia which gets a very nice afternoon sun! The flat has underfloor heating and controlled ventilation (Minergie standard) separated per room.

If necessary, you can also rent parking spaces in the underground garage.

The room is bright, quiet and very cozy, has direct access to the balcony and private bathroom. It is approximately 14m2, furniture should be taken over (500CHF), bed, wardrobe, side bed drawer, chest of drawer. You have your own bathroom. The other bathroom is shared between Enrico and Francisco.

Deposit: 4400 CHF. A fee to take part of the community furniture is 880CHF additional, this will be returned when you move out as you will sell again your share of the common furniture.

The rent of June 2025 would exceptionally be 1627 CHF. From July onwards we will get a rent decrease that will bring this room rent down to 1600 CHF

We have a cleaning service twice a month and garbage collection. You'll be expected to join this expenses (70 + 6.63 CHF/month/person)

All 3 flat mates have an identical contract with the landlord, which is a great benefit (No main tenant/sub tenant situation).
