1 Room, Ground floor 

We're two guys, 29 and 27 y.o., from Lucerne and Geneva originally, who are looking for a new flat mate as per July 1st (permanently)

We live in a not very big, but all the more cozy, modern apartment in a very quiet neighborhood near Letzigrund stadium. Public transport connections: bus line no. 31 (station Herdernstrasse, 2min walking), Hardbrücke (10min walking). Really well located.

Your room is the biggest of the three (15m2, mostly unfurnished). The apartment has everything one might need: kitchen with dish dryer, TV etc. Use of washing mashine and clothing dryer included.

Rent per month: 1165.- This includes wifi (15.-), but NOT electricity and heating which has to be paid additionally in irregular intervals, depending on its usage (usually around 200.- per year). Also not included: key service (one time), Serafe and home insurance (once pear year each).

About us: We work as a high school teacher and as a consultant and have our individual daily rhythms and routines. Yet we find time regularly to spend time together, to watch a movie etc. We're a chill flat without too much noise or partys etc., so everyone can do their own privat things in quiet. Often times, someone of us is on vacation anyways. We consider ourselves outgoing and open-minded, we like to play sports and hanging out with our own friends. We speak English, French (both), Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese (one of us). We've lived together for over a year now and it's been going great so far.
