1 Room, 21 m², 3. floor 

I am subletting 2 rooms (10 and 11 m2) in a shared flat in Oerlikon. All costs included.
Both rooms are offered to one person. One room could be used as an office and the other one as a bedroom. Both rooms have a window towards the balcony.
\- Rental period - initially 2 months, potentially longer (on agreement).
\- There is a possibility of taking the room unfurnished or keeping a bed, desk or a bookshelf.
\- Large furnished living room with big windows
\- Dining room with a large window, also furnished
\- Fully equipped kitchen with a new fridge and a new dishwasher.
\- Shared bathroom with a bathtub and two sinks.
\- Shared washing machine in the basement without a schedule that few people are using.

The flat is shared with me, Tea, a woman in mid thirties. I work as a researcher at the Uni. I like to read, meditate, do sports and hike, spend time with friends especially by the water in the summer! :)
