I'm renting out a room in my bright and spacious 4.5-room flat, located right in the centre of Kloten. You'll be sharing the space with just me—no other tenants. The flat has two bathrooms and a large terrace that's perfect for relaxing or catching some fresh air.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who doesn't spend too much time at home, but I'm flexible. The rental contract is open-ended, though people looking for a temporary stay are also welcome.
A little about me: I'm 40 years old and work as an IT engineer. I enjoy cycling, basketball, mountain skiing, and riding my motorcycle. I'm often away, so you'll have plenty of peace and privacy.
