The apartment is located near the Stauffacher tram stop, just one stop or a 7-minute walk from **Zurich Main Station (HB)**. It's situated in a quiet area, but very close to cool bars and restaurants.

The available room is approximately 10 m², bright and sunny with natural light throughout the day. It comes **fully furnished** with a double bed, clothes rack and practical storage space, making it comfortable and move-in ready.

**Shared common areas** include:
a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with two desks for studying or working.

You would be sharing the apartment with me, a MSc student in my 30s who enjoys technology, innovation, music, creativity, deep discussions and hanging out from time to time.
