Room in a shared central flat
Hi there!
I'm renting a room in a shared flat (with me) from 1st June for 1300CHF. Internet (wifi) is included in the rent.
The apartment is located very centrally in 8004, a 8 minute walk to Zurich HB. The apartment is 70 sqm and has a shared bathroom. There are shared washing facilities and a basement. Please note that the current furniture in the apartment will change. The bathroom has a big window, double sinks a shower and a separate bathtub. The kitchen is electric with a dishwasher.
The room is big and bright. It's also partially furnished but without a bed, the big white wardrobes (3 doors) are the only furniture that will stay.
About me: l am a 32 years old female, swiss italian and work in finance. I am quite social and am often out meeting friends but also enjoy hosting friends. I'd be happy to socialise with you, co-host our friends, make dinner together, or watch a movie. But am also happy to have evenings to myself in my room Please note...am neat and tidy :D I also don't smoke.
About you: I'm looking for a female around my age whom l can enjoy my apartment with.
