We are looking for a new roommate for our beautiful, furnished room in Lugano, available for rent from July 2025 to February 2026.
**The Room:**

* Bright, cozy room with direct access to the balcony
* Fully furnished
* Plenty of natural light – ideal for relaxing or studying

**The Apartment:**

* Only 5 minutes walking distance from the university and about 15 minutes from the Ospedale Civico
* Excellent transport links: The train station is 15 minutes away by bus
* Supermarkets such as Coop, Migros, and Lidl are within walking distance

**About the Roommates:**

* Your roommate Hanna is studying medicine in her 5th year and is in Lugano for the whole semester. Your other roommates Katharina and Anastasia are in their 6th year of studies and share a room alternatingly, so most of the time there is either one or the other around.
* We all speak German, Italian and English
* We are a friendly, respectful, and quiet household that values harmonious living together

**Rent and Details:**

* The rent for the room is 530 CHF per month including utilities
* The apartment is fully equipped, and the kitchen, living room and dining area are available for communal use

**Stanza Luminosa con Balcone a Lugano in Affitto (Temp. Limite)**
Siamo alla ricerca di una nuova/o coinquilina/o per la nostra bella stanza arredata a Lugano, disponibile in affitto da luglio 2025 a febbraio 2026.
**La Stanza:**

* Stanza luminosa e accogliente con accesso diretto al balcone
* Completamente arredata
* Molta luce naturale – ideale per rilassarsi o studiare

**L'Appartamento:**

* 5 minuti a piedi dall'università e 15 minuti dall'Ospedale Civico
* Ottimi collegamenti: La stazione ferroviaria è raggiungibile in 15 minuti in autobus
* Supermercati come Coop, Migros e Lidl si trovano nelle vicinanze

**Le Coinquiline:**

* La tua coinquilina Hanna studia medicina al 5° anno ed è a Lugano per tutto il semestre. Le altre due coinquiline, Katharina e Anastasia, sono al 6° anno di studi e si alternano nell'uso della loro stanza, quindi la maggior parte del tempo è presente una delle due.
* Parliamo tutte tedesco, italiano e inglese.
* Siamo una casa amichevole, rispettosa e tranquilla, che dà grande valore a una convivenza armoniosa.

**Affitto e Dettagli:**

* L'affitto per la stanza è 530 CHF mensile, comprensivo di spese
* L'appartamento è completamente attrezzato e la cucina e il soggiorno sono a disposizione per l'uso comune
