We are looking for a new flatmate to join our spacious duplex apartment located at Zürichstrasse 36, 6004 Lucerne. The available room is a large (30 m2) private bedroom situated on the upper floor, providing plenty of privacy and comfort.

**About the flat**: The apartment is located on the 5th (top) floor of the building, and the available room is in the upper part of the duplex. The bathroom is shared between two people, and there is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a cozy living room with exposed wooden beams.

**Location**: Centrally situated, the apartment is just 15-minute walk from the Lucerne train station and a 5-minute walk from the Lucerne lake. Additionally, there's a bus stop right in front of the building (line 1 and 19) both connecting directly with the Lucerne train station.

**About us**: You'll be sharing the apartment with myself, a 25-year-old worker from Spain, and another friendly 28-year-old professional from France. We both speak fluent English and are easy-going, tidy, and respectful individuals who appreciate a clean, peaceful, and welcoming living environment.

**Ideal flatmate**: We're looking for someone around our age or slightly older (25-35), ideally a young professional with previous experience sharing flats. Being clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces is important to us.

**Availability and price**: The room is available from the beginning of June or as soon as possible. Monthly rent is 735 CHF (720 CHF rent + 15 CHF utilities). The room is currently furnished, and the furniture is available for an additional 500 CHF if desired.
