Wir suchen Nachmieter per 16.05 für unsere Wohnung in Hermetschwil-Staffeln. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Sie hat ein eigenes Chaminé, hohe Decken, viel Stauraum in der Küche, zwei Badezimmer, eines mit einer Dusche und eines mit einem Bad. Velokeller und waschküche ist zur mitbenützung.

Bei Bedarf können zwei Tiefgaragenplätze á 115.00 Fr. Pro Monat dazugemietet werden.

Unser Sofa und unser Kleiderschrank würden wir gerne den Nachmietern überlassen für 700 Fr. Ist aber Optional.
