L’appartamento è dotato di una cucina e un bagno e si trova davanti dal campus ovest della USI, vicino anche al centro città, al supermercato e alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici. A 5 minuti dal campus supsi.
Nella camera sono presenti un letto con materasso, una scrivania, un armadio molto spazioso, una libreria con le mensole, una sedia, un comodino e dei cassettoni sotto al letto. Si tratta di una stanza molto luminosa e moderna. La lavatrice è condivisa con gli altri appartamenti del condominio. Il mobilio è da pagare a parte. Si cerca una subentrante che sia una studentessa.
L’affitto mensile ammonta a 566 chf, spese incluse.

Hi! I’m Laura and I’m looking for someone to take over my room located in an apartment on Via Zurigo 1, Lugano. The single room is part of a shared apartment with two other female roommates (each with their own room) and is available starting July 1st.The apartment has a shared kitchen and bathroom and is located right in front of the USI West Campus, close to the city center, supermarket, and public transport stops. 5 minutes away from supsi campus. The room is furnished with a bed and mattress, a desk, a very spacious wardrobe, a bookshelf with shelves, a chair, a nightstand, and drawers under the bed. It’s a bright and modern room. The washing machine is shared with the other apartments in the building. The furniture is to be purchased separately. We are looking for a female student to take over the room.The monthly rent is 566 CHF, all expenses included.
