A soli 50 metri dal lago, senza altre costruzioni di fronte e con un orientamento ottimale: questa villa in stile spagnolo rappresenta un'interessante opportunità sia come residenza che come investimento. Just 50 meters from the lake, with no other buildings in front and with an optimal orientation: this Spanish-style villa represents an interesting opportunity both as a residence and as an investment. The house is currently divided into three units: a 3.5-room apartment accessed from the street level; a master apartment with garden on the lower level and, also on the same level, a two-room apartment with terrace. There is also a studio apartment with separate entrance, suitable for staff. During the design phase, we tried to maximize the view, orienting the main body of the villa to the south-east and providing a large panoramic window that from the living room, even when seated, offers a breathtaking view of the lake. The land has been raised with a terrace, thus obtaining a flat garden of generous but not excessive dimensions and in which there is also a patio and a storage room. The villa had an indoor pool, now transformed into a two-room apartment but can still be restored. The plumbing system is also already set up for an outdoor pool. The heating is diesel with a 12,000 litre tank, enough for a three-year supply. At street level there is a double garage and several external parking spaces.
