Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein praktisches Zimmer in einer Männer-Gemeinschaftswohnung in Burgdorf Stadt! Das Zimmer befindet sich in der Gemeinschaftswohnung im 2.Stock und ist ausgestattet mit:

- Fenster mit Rolladen
- Grosser Einbauschrank für Kleider
- eigenes Lavabo und Spiegelkasten im Zimmer selbst

Die Wohnung teilst du mit 4 anderen Mitbewohner. Sie hat eine grosse Gemeinschaftsküche, 2 separate Duchen, 2 separate Toiletten & eine Waschmaschine.
Jede Woche 1x werden die Gemeinschaftsräume von der Verwaltung gereinigt.
Bahnhof Burgdorf, Migros, Coop, Post und Stadtkern Burgdorf ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Gleich vor dem Haus befindet sich die Bushaltestelle in Richtung Bahnhof und Lyssach IKEA Center. In 1 Minute erreicht man Coop Shop geöffnet bis 22:00Uhr.
Das Zimmer und Wohnung ist eine ZwecksWG und ist einfach aber praktisch.
Ich suche einen Nachmieter ab SOFORT oder nach Vereinbarung.

I'm looking for someone to take over my practical room in a shared all-male apartment in the town of Burgdorf! The room is located on the 2nd floor of the shared apartment and includes:
• Window with blinds
• Large built-in wardrobe for clothes
• Private sink and mirrored cabinet in the room

You'll be sharing the apartment with 4 other roommates. The flat has a spacious shared kitchen, 2 separate showers, 2 separate toilets, and a washing machine.
The common areas are cleaned once a week by the property management.
Burgdorf train station, Migros, Coop, the post office, and the town center are all within a 10-minute walk. There's a bus stop right in front of the building going toward the train station and Lyssach IKEA Center. A Coop shop open until 10:00 PM is just a minute away.
The room and flat are part of a shared living arrangement focused on practicality and functionality.

I'm looking for someone to move in immediately or by arrangement.
