2 Rooms

Wir haben ein grosses Zimmer frei in unserer geräumigen, zentralen Wohnung gleich an der Grenze vom Kreis 3 und 4. Das Zimmer ist gross und hell und bereits voll möbliert. Alle Nebenkosten wie schnellstes Swisscom Internet sind ebenfalls inklusive. Du hast ideale ÖV Verbindungen und bist in wenigen Gehminuten am Bahnhof Zürich-Wiedikon und von da in 5min am Zürich HB / Enge 2min / Oerlikon 20min / ETH und Universität 28min / Stadelhofen 23min / Hardbrücke 23min / Altstetten 20min / Airport 27min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist super zentral, gut geschnitten und hat alles was man braucht.

Wir sind Efthy (28) und Sophia (27), beide berufstätig. Wir schätzen eine ordentliche Wohnung und einen respektvollen sowie unkomplizierten Umgang miteinander. Jeder soll so leben können wie er/sie ist und wie es für einem am besten passt, immer mit Rücksicht auf die anderen Mitbewohner. Interessiert? We have a big room available in our comfortable and very central apartment right at the border of district 3 and 4 (Kreis 3 und 4). The room is big and bright and is already fully furnished as well. All side costs like fastest Swisscom internet are also included. You have ideal connections and are in a few walking minutes at trainstation Zürich-Wollishofen and from there in 5min at Zürich HB / Enge 2min / Oerlikon 20min / ETH and University 28min / Stadelhofen 23min / Hardbrücke 23min / Altstetten 20min / Airport 27min. Also shopping opportunities and restaurants are just around the corner. The apartment is very central, spacious and has everything you need.

We are Efthy (28) and Sophia (27), both normally working. We appreciate a tidy apartment and a respectful and uncomplicated atmosphere.
