Vom Bahnhof aus sind es mit dem Bus 12 Minuten Fahrzeit bis zur Uni.
Im Mietzins sind alle Nebenkosten (inkl. Strom und Internet) inbegriffen. Ausserdem ist eine regelmässige Reinigung der Allgemeinräume auch inklusive.
