1 Room, 1. floor 

I'm subletting my room from the period 1st of April to 31st of May. It's possible to sign a 1 year contract after the subleasing period to extend your stay in the apartment, but the rent will be higher (950chf instead of 550chf). The reason for this is that I will sublet at a lower price.

The room is spacious (~16m^2) and well-lit, with a large window, a desk, a chair, a big wardrobe, and a cube shelf. All furniture is included. The room receives plenty of natural light during the day, and both the room and the apartment have a peaceful atmosphere.

The house has two floors. The ground floor includes an equipped kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom with a sink, shower, and washing machine, as well as a separate room with a toilet. On the first floor, there are four tenant rooms and an additional bathroom with a sink and toilet.

The surrounding area is rich in nature, with fields and paths ideal for walking or cycling. The train station is just a five-minute walk away, providing quick access to Winterthur and Zurich.
