1 Room, 16 m², Ground floor

Unsere 4er-WG in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Wankdorf sucht ab Mai ein bis zwei neue Mitbewohnende. Wir wohnen sehr zentral (ca. 8min zum Bahnhof mit Bus/Fahrrad) im Hochparterre mit einem mindestens im Sommer sehr gemütlichen Innenhof. Die beiden freien Zimmer sind ca. 13 und 16 m2 und kosten 440.- und 475.- (inkl. Nebenkosten, ohne Strom) pro Monat.

Wir sind zwei Informatiker, aus dem Iran und aus der Schweiz, beide etwas über 30 und zur Hälfte noch am Studieren. Ja, wir sind ein wenig Nerds, aber keine Sorge, wir können ganz gut mit normalen Menschen reden. Wir kochen viel (manchmal auch gut!) und trinken auch ganz gern mal ein Bier zusammen. Wir sprechen deutsch und englisch.

Our 4-person shared apartment near Wankdorf train station is looking for one or two new roommates starting in May. We live in a very central location (about 8 minutes to the station by bus or bike) on the elevated ground floor, with a courtyard that is at least in summer very cozy. The two available rooms are approximately 13 and 16 m2 and cost 440.- and 475.- CHF per month (including utilities, excluding electricity).

We are two computer scientists, one from Iran and one from Switzerland, both a little over 30 and still partially studying. Yes, we are a bit nerdy, but dont worry - we can have normal conversations too. We cook a lot (sometimes even well!) and also enjoy having a beer together from time to time. We speak german and english
