Hello everyone,
I'm currently searching for **one roommate** to share my 93m2 apartment (excluding terraces) starting April 1st.
The flat is on the 6th floor. It is bright, spacious, and centrally located in the heart of Wiedikon (Kreis 3). It has two bedrooms, one of which is currently used as an office but will be converted into a second bedroom. There are two bathrooms, a large open kitchen and dining area, and a spacious living room. The apartment is traversing, allowing for great natural light throughout the day, and it has two stunning terraces that offer a beautiful outdoor space. It is already fully furnished, except for the second bedroom, where you will need to bring your own bed and furniture.
The rent is CHF 2,000 per month, all utilities included.
A few words about myself: I am Alexis from Lausanne! I speak French, English, and German, and I moved to Zürich in April last year. I am the co-founder and CEO of the Edtech scale-up Tomplay. I am social and enjoy cooking, playing tennis, biking, and chess! I'm looking for someone easygoing, social, and friendly, but who also values personal space.
