Zum gezeigten Mietzins addieren sich monatlich 150CHF Betriebskosten (Elektrizität, Internet/WLAN, Serafe und Hygieneartikelkasse, Möbel, Sonstiges). Die All-Inklusive-Miete beträgt 1'500CHF monatlich.
Kaution beträgt 1'500CHF.

Eine Katze lebt in der WG. Katzenhaar-Allergie-Betroffene wären demnach nicht am besten Ort.

Die Ueberbauung ist sehr familienfreundlich. Es wohnen bereits 2 WG-Mitglieder in der 3er WG. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, wie Bettgestellt, Lattenrost, Matratze, Tisch, Stuhl und Lampe. Küche, Bad und Ess-/Wohnzimmer sind ebenso möbliert für die gemeinsame Nutzung.

Ziel der Nichtraucher-WG ist es, diese zentrale Lage in Gemeinschaft auf Augenhöhe und abgestimmt zu bewohnen. Über wesentliche WG-Fragen entscheiden wir gern WG-gemeinschaftlich und nach gutem Austausch. Periodische WG-Besprechungen sollen dem WG-Ziel durch Abstimmung zur Erleichterung des Gemeinschaftslebens dienen.

Die gesamte Wohnung pflegen wir auf einem bedarfsgerechten Standard von Sauberkeit, wobei alle Mitbewohner\*innen individuell in Form eines Ämtliplans mitarbeiten (professionelle Reinigungskraft gern abstimmbar).

In der Wohnung hat jedes WG-Mitglied ein Refugium, was jede\*r respektiert. Grundsätzlich nehmen wir auf Hausmitbewohner\*innen und WG-Mitbewohner\*innen Rücksicht, respektieren deren Bedürfnisse und pflegen einen wertschätzenden Umgang miteinander.

In addition to the rent shown, there are operating costs of CHF 150 per month (electricity, Internet/WLAN, safe and toiletries, furniture, miscellaneous). The all-inclusive rent is 1'500CHF per month.

A cat lives in the shared flat. Cat hair allergy sufferers would therefore not be in the best place.

The development is very family-friendly. There are already 2 flatmates living in the 3-person flat share. The room is furnished, including bed frame, slatted frame, mattress, table and chair and lamp. Kitchen, bathroom and dining/living room are also furnished for shared use.

The aim of the non-smoking shared flat is to live in this central location as a community at eye level and in a coordinated manner. We are happy to decide on important issues in the shared flat together and after a good discussion. Periodic flat-share meetings are intended to serve the aim of the flat-share by facilitating community life through coordination.

We maintain the entire apartment to a standard of cleanliness that meets our needs, with all flatmates cooperating individually in the form of an office plan (professional cleaners can be arranged).

Each member of the apartment share has their own private space in the apartment, which everyone respects. As a matter of principle, we are considerate of our housemates and flatmates, respect their needs and treat each other with respect.
