As of April 1st we have space for someone to move into our shared house in Cham, Zug for the duration of 9 months. You will have 2 rooms for yourselves (bedroom + office). Cham, Zug is beautifully located on the lake of Zug and one of the lowest tax regions of Switzerland. You will share the house with two other professionals in their 30s/40s (all speak English/German). All of us love travelling and outdoor activities. So chances are that you will have lots of quiet time at the house for yourselves as well. The house is very large and beautiful with a conservatory, terrace and garden. Our house is 1 minute away from the S-Bahn station Alpenblick. You are in ZRH in 45 minutes by SBB. 25 minutes by car. It is 20 minutes by car to Lucerne and 5 minutes to Zug. You can walk to the lake in 5 minutes and bathe, jog, swim. It's a real paradise. We have a contract until January 1st 2026, the monthly rent is 1080CHF (incl. heating, water, electricity).
This arrangement is ideal for a single person, who values community living while having lots of private space, would like to get to know the area better and values the flexibility of a 9 months fixed contract.
