Hallo, mein Name ist Stéphanie, ich bin 27 Jahre alt und suche für mich und meine zwei Katzen eine Mitbewohnerin bzw. einen Mitbewohner.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Zimmer, ein Badezimmer mit WC und Badewanne, ein zweites Badezimmer mit WC und Lavabo, eine offene, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine/Tumbler-Kombigerät sowie ein offenes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die Galerie, die in zwei Bereiche unterteilt ist, sowie der gemütliche Kamin. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem man abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Im Keller gibt es Platz für ein Fahrrad sowie ein Kellerabteil zur Nutzung. Bruttomiete: 890.-

Dein zukünftiges Zimmer (13,6 m²) wird momentan noch als Gästezimmer genutzt, aber es wird vorher leergeräumt und unmöbliert vermietet. Das Zimmer befindet sich im unteren Stockwerk direkt neben meinem. Zudem steht dir ein Teil der Galerie (ca. 8–9 m²) zur Verfügung, den du nach Belieben nutzen kannst. In diesem Bereich steht ein großes Kallax-Regal, das du entweder nutzen oder entsorgen kannst. Falls du möchtest, kannst du auch mein überzähliges Pult verwenden.

Der Wohn- und Essbereich steht dir selbstverständlich ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Ich freue mich über gemeinsames Kochen, Essen und nette Gespräche. Das kleine Badezimmer mit WC und Lavabo wird dir allein zur Verfügung stehen, während wir die Badewanne/Dusche gemeinsam nutzen.

Die Tramhaltestelle (Linie 10) ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus verbindet die beiden Teile von Münchenstein, und der Bahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof SBB erreichst Du in ca 15 Minuten mit dem Tram. In nur 10 Minuten gelangst du außerdem zur Birs und in den Wald, ideal für einen entspannten Ausgleich zum Alltag. Am Sonntag kannst du dir Frühstück im Migros Partner holen, der in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.

Ich lebe seit knapp drei Jahren mit meinen Katzen in dieser Wohnung und arbeite als wissenschaftliche Assistentin an der FHNW. In meiner Freizeit verbringe ich gerne Zeit mit meinen Liebsten, gehe spazieren, ins Fitnessstudio oder entspanne zu Hause, während ich Schmuck für mein kleines Schmucklabel herstelle. Hello, my name is Stéphanie, I'm 27 years old, and I'm looking for a flatmate for myself and my two cats.

The apartment has two rooms, one bathroom with a toilet and bathtub, a second bathroom with a toilet and washbasin, an open fully-equipped kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer combo, and an open living room with a dining area. The highlight of the apartment is the gallery, divided into two sections, as well as the cozy fireplace. There's also a small balcony where you can enjoy the sunset in the evenings. In the basement, there's space for a bike, as well as a private storage room.

Your room (13.6 m²) is currently used as a guest room but will be emptied and rented unfurnished. It's located on the lower floor right next to mine. You'll also have access to one section of the gallery (about 8-9 m²), which you can use as you like. There's a large Kallax shelf in this area, which you can either use or dispose of. I also have an extra desk that you're welcome to use if you wish.

You'll have free access to the living and dining area. I'd be happy to cook, eat, and have nice conversations together. The small bathroom with the toilet and washbasin will be solely for your use, while we'll share the bathtub/shower.

The tram stop (line 10) is just a 5-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop right outside the house connecting the two parts of Münchenstein. The train station is also just a 10-minute walk. In only 10 minutes, you can reach the Birs and the forest, perfect for a relaxing break from daily life. On Sundays, you can buy breakfast at the Migros Partner, which is about 10 minutes away by foot.

I've been living in this apartment with my cats for almost three years and work as a research assistant at FHNW. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, going for walks, working out, or relaxing at home making jewelry for my small jewelry brand.
