Wir teilen uns die beiden Badezimmer (Dusche/WC und Bad/WC), die Küche, das Wohnzimmer und den Balkon.
Waschmaschine und Tumbler sind in der Wohnung und dürfen auch genutzt werden.
Wenn Du musikalisch bist, kannst Du auch auf dem E-Piano oder mit der Gitarre spielen.
Das WLAN steht Dir auch zur Verfügung.
In 2min bist Du bei der Bushaltestelle, in 15min am Bahnhof Nottwil, in 5min im Coop oder im Schweizer Paraplegiker-Zentrum.
Wenn Du einen PP benötigst, gibt es in der Tiefgarage für 120.-/Mt oder 130.-/Mt (inkl. Ladestation für Dein E-Auto) Parkplätze zu mieten. Ich biete auch carsharing an.
Ich würde mir jemand wünschen der im SPZ studiert, AA, Cand Med oder Zivi ist oder ein Praktikum macht.
Das Zimmer ist vom 2.3.25 bis am 2.4.25 verfügbar. Preis ist 950.-
