The flat is approx. 15 minutes by bus from the station and in a very quiet area above the old town.
The rent of 1600.- includes additional expenses and internet.
Your room is around 15 m2 and the rest of the apartment will be fully furnished.

Ideally, you should be about my age (20-30 y.o) and, like me, love tidiness and cleanliness. I like staying in the apartment but I'm also often outside.

Open communication and mutual consideration are important to me.

Ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in für meine 3.5 Zimmer-Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof entfernt und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend oberhalb der Altstadt.
Die Miete von 1600.- beinhaltet Nebenkosten und Internet. Dein Zimmer wird ca. 15m2 gross sein und die ganze Wohnung steht möbliert zu Verfügung.

Idealerweise bist du etwa in meinem Alter (20-30J.) und wie ich Ordnung und Sauberkeit lieben. Ich bin gerne zu Hause aber auch oft unterwegs.

Offene Kommunikation und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme sind für mich wichtig.
