1 Room, 80 m², Ground floor 

Hi,

I have been living in this flat alone for 2.5 years. Instead of having an unused furnished bedroom, I am looking for a flatmate. I'm French, 32 yo, working in Zürich (75% home office). I am spending quite some time in the mountains - that's the reason why I live at the foot of Pilatus!

The flat is very cosy, we're close to the lake (5 mn biking), close to Horw station (5mn), close to Pilatusmarkt mall (5 mn).

The flat is fully furnished, with a good internet connection. We have a dishwasher, and downstairs a shared washing machine + dryer (pretty much always available). A parking slot is available outside, I think it's 50 CHF / month.

As I might move closer to Zürich within the year, I would like someone ready to take over the lease contract (up to you whether you want to keep it as a WG) as well as buying most of the furniture (2500 CHF). Total rent including charges is about 1800 CHF.

In your first message, please introduce yourself (job, work permit, hobbies, etc) and whether you're open to take over the contract within the year. :)
