In a splendid setting surrounded by nature and close to major services, we rent out a bright studio in a two-family house for medium/short-term stays. We only accept single individuals who are well-mannered (we accept dogs). The 47 sqm studio is carefully furnished (bed, large wardrobe, table, sofa, kitchen, and equipped with all the essentials for living, such as a vacuum cleaner, iron, drying rack, as well as everything necessary for cooking and bedding). The large garden, laundry room, and hallway with wardrobe are shared. The garden also features a grill, and barbecues can be organized upon agreement. There is no TV.

The price includes water, electricity, wifi, and outdoor parking. Monthly rent CHF 1250.-. Maximum privacy, and conviviality guaranteed.
