Ich biete eine schöne 3.5 Zimmer Altbauwohnung gleich beim Idaplatz. Die Wohnung hat Parkettboden, einen tollen Balkon mit Blick auf den Idaplatz sowie ein wunderschönes Eckzimmer mit Morgensonne. Zur Ausstattung gehören unter anderem eine eigene Waschmaschine & Tumbler sowie Küche und Bad mit 70er Jahre Charme ;)
Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage ist es relativ ruhig. Ich verlasse diese Wohnung vor allem wegen ihrer grossartigen Lage nur sehr ungerne, aber wünsche mir nach all den Jahren einen Tapetenwechsel :)
