In wenigen Minuten bist du beim Bahnhof Oerlikon, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist mega gut geschnitten und verfügt über zwei Badezimmer (Dusche, Badewanne und Waschturm inklusive). Fazit: Das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar. Nach geraumer Zeit bin ich nun aber auf der Suche nach etwas Zentralerem. Meine Vorstellungen: Mindestens 3 Zimmer, nahe Binz, maximal 2800-, Parkplatz von Vorteil.
