En raison d'un départ à l'étranger, je remets mon appartement 4 pièces situé à deux pas d'Uni-Mail. L'appartement est au dernier étage de l'immeuble (7e) et est composé comme suit:

Petite chambre à coucher/bureau avec vélux
Salle de bain avec baignoire

La liste complète des meubles ainsi que le descriptif pourra être remis lors des visites, à savoir que je remets les meubles pour 6,000 CHF (valeur neuve: 10,000 CHF). As I am moving abroad, I am looking for a new tenant for my 4 rooms apartment located right next to Uni-Mail. The apartement is on the last floor of the building (7th) and is organised as follows:

Big living room with a view of Uni-Mail
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cooktop, fume hood, large fridge, oven, microwave oven)
Entrance hall
Large bedroom with skylight
Small bedroom/study with skylight
Bathroom with bathtub

The apartment also benefits from the following:

Beautiful views of the Arve river and Uni-Mail
Proximity to public transportation (trams 12, 15, 17 and 18)
Bike storage
Lift (warning: one flight of stairs to get to the last floor)

I can only accept dossiers of people wanting to buy back the furniture as well. The detailed list of furniture and its description can be handed out during visits, knowing that the buyback price is 6,000 CHF (value: 10,000 CHF). Please note that this is non-negotiable. Ideally, I'm looking for someone to take over on May 15th.
