home.ch is a property portal which was created in 2010 in cooperation between Publigroupe and Swisscom. The search is sectioned into the areas “Wohnen” (“living”) and “Gewerbe” (“business”). Under “Wissen” (“good to know”), home.ch offers searchers helpful additional information, for example concerning building applications and social facts.
Prices
Each advertisement can be extended by an unlimited amount of images, files and videos without additional price. With more than five images, the advertisement features a slideshow of the images.

Capitalized income method: the capitalized income method uses net rental income to determine a property’s market value. It is primarily used for investment properties.
Real value method: the real value method is recommended when valuing luxury property. This approach bases the overall value of the property on the value of the land and the current value of the building on that land. The real value may therefore differ from the market value.
