2. What services does HypoPlus offer?

HypoPlus helps first-time buyers and existing homeowners find a suitable mortgage in three steps:

How do I finance my property, and what are the current mortgage rates? There’s an online tool for that: calculate your interest rate.

Start your request online. HypoPlus advises interested parties on financing a property. We work together with customers to develop a suitable financing solution, and then look for a mortgage institution that fits their needs. Afterwards, the consultants obtain quotes that meet the customers’ needs and negotiate the conditions. In certain cases (e.g. for very particular properties), HypoPlus forwards the request to a contracting company in agreement with the customer.

Your consultant will guide you through the whole process. Once you’ve decided on an offer, nothing will stand in the way of you signing.

3. Why should I use HypoPlus?

HypoPlus compares deals offered by various banks, insurance companies, pension funds and investment foundations. Good to know:

  • HypoPlus is independent. HypoPlus does not offer products of its own and is privately held. This means you get independent guidance on your journey to finding the right financing option.

  • Special rates: HypoPlus negotiates the best price for you. That means you often benefit from special conditions and exclusive offers.

  • You save time: you don’t have to compare several providers and negotiate for yourself. HypoPlus does this for you.

4. How does HypoPlus earn money?

HypoPlus and Comparis are privately held companies. no bank, insurance company or other lender has any stake in them. For each successfully concluded mortgage agreement, HypoPlus receives commission from the lender.

5. How much does a consultation with HypoPlus cost?

The analysis of your personal situation and the strategy discussion are free of charge. For subsequent consulting services, HypoPlus charges a one-time fee of 250 francs (excl. VAT).

The applicant agrees to either accept the offer or otherwise to pay administrative fees of 2,000 francs (excl. VAT) in the event of the successful mediation of an offer from a provider approved by the applicant.

6. Who are the HypoPlus team?

The experts at HypoPlus have extensive knowledge of mortgages and many years of practical experience in the mortgage sector. Their advice is impartial with regard to both the type of mortgage and the lender.

Your request will be handled by a mortgage specialist from HypoPlus or one of our contractors. You’ll then usually receive a phone call within two business days to discuss the details of your financing and determine the next steps.

No. HypoPlus is a Swiss mortgage broker. We’re not a bank, but an intermediary between customers and a large number of financial institutions.

Your data will be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the data privacy statement of the Decisis Group.

You can submit your mortgage enquiry online. You’ll then discuss the next steps in a telephone conversation with one of our mortgage specialists and arrange an in-person meeting if you wish. We would be delighted to meet with you at our office at Birmensdorferstrasse 108, in the heart of Zurich.

In many cases, it’s possible to conclude a contract without an in-person consultation, i.e. purely by telephone and sending the documents by post. However, we adapt to your individual needs and believe in a combination of online, telephone and in-person consultation.
