Blood pressure
From the age of 20, blood pressure should be checked every 2 to 5 years.
Blood sugar
Every 3 years from the age of 45.
Cholesterol
Every 5 to 10 years from age 35 to 70.
Skin cancer
Control of brown pigment spots larger than 5 mm every 2 years. If pigment spots change in adults or become larger, control is essential.
Prostate Cancer
Examination from the rectum and blood testing every 3 years between the ages of 50 to 70.
Cervical cancer
