The exact price depends on several factors: the size and condition of the surface, the wall material, and the number of corners and edges. Necessary preparation work – such as covering floors or filling holes – also affects the price. Additional costs can apply for nicotine-stained walls, a second coat or colour changes.

Not automatically – it depends on your lease and the extent of normal wear and tear. According to the joint lifespan table published by the Swiss Tenants’ Association and the Swiss Homeowners Association, dispersion wall paint has a lifespan of eight years. If the paint needs renewing after this period due to normal wear and tear, the landlord generally covers the cost.
