Emergencies
In case of life-threatening emergencies, please contact the emergency medical service 144 directly. Contact us first during opening hours. If we are not available, follow the instructions of the practice answering service or contact the Medical Emergency Call Center Tel. 061 261 15 15. Every day from 7 am - 8 pm, Sat, Sun & holidays from 9 am - 5 pm you will be cared for by medical specialists at the mediX toujours at Basel train station without prior appointment. Tel. 061 500 11 00. If patient transport is possible, it is advisable to visit a doctor's practice. The possibilities for clarification in the practice are more extensive and the diagnosis more precise. If home visits are necessary, you can also contact the Medical Emergency Call Center Foundation.
