1. What is GKB Gioia?
Gioia 3a is a pillar 3a app offered by Graubündner Kantonalbank (GKB). Gioia is only available as an app – i.e. there is no web version. All Gioia products are actively managed. In the app, you can open up to five pension custody accounts (pillar 3a).
2. GKB Gioia 3a: fees and investment strategies
In the Gioia 3a solution, there are four risk profiles with different stock allocations. You can choose between cautious, laid-back, ambitious and bold. The stock allocation of the products ranges between 25%, 45%, 75% and 97.5% on average. There is no minimum investment.
Fees range from 0.72% to 0.99%. They consist of:
Custody fee of 0.1%
Product costs (TER) between 0.62% and 0.89%
When buying and selling stocks and bonds, additional costs may be charged, for example: stamp duties

4. How do I sign up to Gioia 3a?
You can sign up via the app. If you’re already a GKB customer, you can use your e-banking login details to open a Gioia account. Otherwise, you must register and provide the following information:
Email address (confirmation required)
Telephone number (confirmation required)
Once your mobile phone number has been confirmed, you can start the account-opening process. During this process, you will need to:
enter your address,
scan your ID documents
and sign the contract documents.
