We are **subletting our Scandi furnished, and fully equipped 2.5-room apartment** (Minergie) with a spacious kitchen and own washing machine + tumbler in the flat.
**Minergie building** = efficient energy building with solar and heat pump. Lower cost increase compared to gas and oil heated houses.
We are looking for a responsible, tidy and **non-smoking person/couple** (**max. 2**) to sublet our flat. Not suitable for WG (shared apartment). Not suitable for children. Pets are not allowed.
