Ich suche ab sofort/ flexibel einen emphatischen, ordentlichen Mann, der ruhig in einer WG mit mir (emphatischer, geseliger, respektvoller Mann/hetero) wohnen kann/möchte.
In der Wohnung würden nur 2 erwachsene Personen.
Zwei Abende pro Woche gehört die Wohnung nur Dir. Ich habe Proben am Abend.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Grenze zu Wollishofen und Kilchberg.

grosser Garten, Balkon, Kamin, Keller, Estrich,
Garage nach Bedarf (CHF 150), Lademöglichkeit für EV nach Bedarf vorhanden. Keine stressigen Nachbarn.
Autobahn Wollishofen - 300m entfernt.
Bushaltestelle Buslinie 66 - 50m entfernt.
Einkaufen - ca. 600m
Bahnhof Adliswil - ca. 1,2 km.
Bahnhof Wollishofen - ca. 1,2 km.
In der Wohnung gibt es:
einen fast schalldichten Raum, um in anständigen Rahmen musizieren zu können.
Ich unterrichte geringfügig zu Hause.
In der Wohnung gibt es ein Aquarium (sonst keine Tiere), ein E-Piano (interessant für Musiker)
und eine Fitness - Ecke.
