Unser Zuhause bietet rund 180 m² Wohnfläche und grosszügige Gemeinschaftsbereiche:

- Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler

Alle Gemeinschaftsräume können mitbenutzt werden.
Wir suchen:
- Berufstätige Person
- Pendler / Wochenaufenthalter
- Freundliche und unkomplizierte Person
Wir sind ein berufstätiges Paar und suchen jemanden, der gut zu unserem entspannten Zuhause passt.
Im Haushalt lebt ein kleiner (und alter) Hund. Weitere Hunde sind daher leider nicht möglich.
Lage & Anbindung:
- 8604 Volketswil
- Autobahn in ca. 2 Minuten erreichbar
- mit dem ÖV ca. 30 Minuten von Tür zu Tür bis Zürich Hauptbahnhof
Ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung kann optional für CHF 80./Monat dazugemietet werden.

CHF 790. pro Monat inklusive Nebenkosten

Mietdauer:
Zunächst 6 Monate. Wenn es für beide Seiten gut passt, können wir uns eine längerfristige Verlängerung sehr gut vorstellen.
